We offer 10 and 15 pound shares which include a variety of cuts: steaks, roasting and   braising meats, ground beef and stew beef. We meticulously weigh each item out before it is placed in the bags in order to meet the required weights. Because every cut of meat is different, this means that sometimes the cuts included in the shares will vary. The Winter CSA runs from November through March, and you must commit to four out of the five months — we do this to accommodate for any traveling you might have planned around the holidays. Pick up is on the second weekend of every month, Saturday at the farm and Sunday at our Brooklyn location.

Feel free to tack on any extra items and we will set them aside with your monthly share.

When

The Summer CSA runs from June through September, and you must commit to three out of the four months — we do this to accommodate for any traveling you might have planned.

How To Get It

Pick-up is on the second weekend of every month:
Saturdays 241 Warren Street, Hudson, NY
Sundays 320 22nd Street, Brooklyn, NY

Delivery
Meat is delivered frozen, packed in coolers and MUST be picked up day of delivery. Any meat not picked up by the end of day will be donated.

Changes + Cancellations

If you know that you will miss a pick up date please arrange for someone to pick it up for you. If you would like to cancel or change the type of share you receive, please let us know at least 2 weeks before the delivery date. Anyone wishing to cancel their CSA share before the end of the season can email us and will receive a partial refund at the farmers discretion.
